1. Fill out a form
If you attach a photo and the painting is determined to be illegal, SFMTA will remove the illegal curb painting within 30 days.
We will need:
- The location, an exact address is required.
Include a photo for faster response.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, or your email address, to track your case online.
