What to do
Use a different report for scooters that are blocking a pedestrian walkway or sidewalk or otherwise not parked according to parking requirements.
1. Fill out a form
We will need:
- Scooter company (Lime or Spin)
- Scooter number
- Date and time of the incident
- Location of the incident
- A description of the rider
Include a photo to assist with response and investigation.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, or your email address, to track your case online.
