What to do
If a vehicle is blocking your driveway, file a different report for faster service.
1. Fill out a form
If abandoned on public property
Describe the vehicle you want to report.
We will need:
- The location
- License plate number
Include a photo for faster response.
If abandoned on private property
Report an abandoned vehicle if it's parked on private property.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, or your email address, to track your case online or on the SF311 mobile app.
