SFMTA has issued permits for two Bikeshare companies to operate within the City & County of San Francisco: Baywheels and JUMP. For all issues with bikes from these two companies CLICK HERE.
To report issues with all other non-permitted Bikeshare company bicycles, or privately-owned bicycles in any condition, submit a report to the Department of Public Works using the form below.
