What to do
If the bicycle is a Baywheels or JUMP bikeshare bicycle, report these issues using a different form instead.
1. Fill out a form
We will need:
- A description of the issue (for example abandoned or improperly parked)
- The location
Include a photo and description of the bicycle to assist with identification and response.
2. Track your case
After you report, you will get a tracking number from 311. You can use this number, or your email address, to track your case online.
