Garbage Receptacles / Trash Bins
Report issues pertaining to Garbage Receptacles / Trash Bins or the rooms where they are housed.
Examples:
- insufficient covered garbage receptacles
- Inadequate garbage pick-up service
- Garbage Room lacks sheet metal walls, sheet metal ceiling, or fire sprinkler
- Garbage Room full of debris.
Illegal Guest Room Conversions
Report the Illegal re-purposing of a permanent housing unit for tourist or other temporary uses (as defined in the Residential Hotel Conversion and Demolition Ordinance).
Rodent or Insect Infestation
Report the infestation of rodants (e.g. rats / mice) or insects (e.g. mosquitos, flies, gnats) in violation of the Health Code.
Visitor Policy Violation
Report a guest prevented from visiting a residential room in violation of the San Francisco Uniform Visitor Policy.
