To report SFMTA-authorized Bikeshare company bicycles (Baywheels & JUMP) that are parked improperly: blocking a sidewalk; damaged; possibly abandoned; not properly docked at a station (Baywheels only); not locked to a bike rack- they should not be locked to anything else, e.g. post/pole, fence, tree, etc.
