CALL CENTER SCORECARD.  Includes information about calls made to SF311, including:  (1) number of calls answered, (2) service level (percentage of calls answered within 60 seconds), (3) average speed of answer (number of seconds to answer the call), and (4) transferred calls (percentage of calls transferred to another agency).


TOP INFORMATION REQUESTS.  This dataset is static as of August 2017. Due to a software update, this dataset will be replaced with updated information in December 2017.


SERVICE REQUEST LIST.  Shows detail of SF311 service requests created by phone, web, mobile, and Twitter since 2008.


SERVICE REQUESTS BY CHANNEL.  Compares number of cases created by phone, web, mobile, and Twitter.
