Office: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Shelter is open 24 hours everyday. (The location of the shelter is not available to the public.) Women must call the crisis line listed above in order to receive shelter services.

La Casa provides the following services to victims of domestic violence:
- 8 week shelter program
- Drop-in counseling center
- Community support groups
- Community education outreach and volunteer program
- Employment and legal referrals for clients
- Teen intervention and prevention program
La Casa serves all women, teens and their children. Male children and teens are welcomed. The location of La Casa's emergency shelter is not available to the public. Women who want to use this service should contact the crisis line (877-503-1850)
Raphael House
Raphael House is a shelter that offers temporary housing and support for families and women in the last months of pregnancy.

Services Provided:
Rosalie House is an eight-week emergency shelter for battered women and their children. Brennan House is a 18-month transitional program for formerly battered women and their children. The Riley Center runs both of these programs, as well as a community office that provides the following services:
- Individual & group counseling
- Volunteer training
- Community outreach
Referrals for the following are also available through the programs:
- Child care
- Job training and employment
- Legal assistance
- Clothing
- Food
- Medical care
Clients must call the hotline or drop-in at the community office before receiving any shelter or emergency service.
