The SFPUC supplies some of the purest water in the world to it's 2.4 million customers in the Bay Area. Check here for information on the Annual Water Quality Report and Chloramine which is added to the water.
Please provide the following with your service request:
- Location where service is needed (address or intersection)
- Type of water delivery issue (no water, taste, color, etc.)

Low water pressure	1-3 days
Taste, odor, or color issues	1 day
Web requests made after business hours (8 a.m - 5 p.m), weekends, or holidays, will not be responded to until the following business day. Please call 3-1-1 if you need immediate assistance with your water quality issue.
